Event payload reference is live

Every Unveild product now has a complete event payload reference per ESP — pulled directly from the event-processor source, with metric names, trigger conditions, full property schemas, and example JSON payloads.

What's in this release​

Per-product, per-ESP event references

  • Rekindle — events in Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, and Braze. Five browsing/intent metrics (Active on Site, Viewed Product, Category View, Added to Cart, Checkout Started) with full payload schemas and per-ESP transformations.
  • Replenishment — events in Klaviyo. Four predictive-AI metrics (Reorder Recommendation, Push To Subscribe Recommendation, Cross-sell Recommendation, Winback Recommendation) with the shared payload envelope and per-metric extras.
  • Restock — events in Klaviyo and Postscript. Three product-state metrics (Back In Stock, Low Stock, Price Drop) plus the Lambda-driven Low Stock (Addon) variant for top-seller and cross-sell recommendations.

Expanded Integrations directory

The Integrations dropdown now covers eight partners: Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, Braze, Alia, Justuno, Digioh, and Meta CAPI. Each page outlines the credentials Unveild needs and what gets sent.

Replenishment overview rewrite

The Replenishment overview now covers the full family of Predictive AI flows — Predictive Reorder, Push-to-Subscribe, Cross-Sell, and Win-back — including the shared scoring inputs (Intent Analysis, Individual purchase history, Product re-order trends) and the rule that you should not add wait time before the first message in any of these flows.

Structural cleanup

  • New Events Overview page under Get started that orients readers to which products produce which events and how they reach your ESP.
  • Signals section retired. Its content has moved into the per-product Events pages, keyed by ESP. Bookmarked links to /docs/signals/... should be updated to the matching /docs/<product>/events/<esp> page.
  • Predictive Popup product section added as a placeholder for the receptivity-triggered onsite capture experience.

  • Per-event property tables for Predictive Popup and Enhanced Meta CAPI.
  • Documented setup checklists for each Integrations partner (currently placeholders).
  • Win-back scoring details (currently flagged as forthcoming).
