Events

Events are how Unveild communicates with your ESP. As shoppers interact with your site, Unveild's identity and intent engines turn that behavior into native metric/event records on each subscriber's profile in Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, or Braze — ready for use in flows, segments, and dynamic content.

What flows through

Events are grouped by the Unveild product that produces them:

  • Rekindle — browsing and intent events on known subscribers: active on site, viewed product, viewed category, added to cart, started checkout.
  • Replenishment — predictive AI metrics for previous purchasers: reorder, push-to-subscribe, cross-sell, win-back.
  • Restock — product-state events for subscribers who showed intent: back-in-stock, low-stock, price drop.

Each event lands on the matching subscriber profile in your ESP with the same metadata structure as standard abandonment metrics, so existing flow templates can be reused.

Where to find event details

Each product's Events section in the sidebar contains an ESP-specific page (Events in Klaviyo, Events in Postscript, etc.) listing the events delivered to that ESP, their metric names, and their payload shape. Open the section for the product you're configuring to see the full reference.
