Attentive

The Attentive integration lets Unveild push identity, intent, and lifecycle events into your Attentive account so they can drive SMS journeys, segments, and campaigns.

What gets sent​

Once connected, Unveild forwards events from any of the products you have enabled — for example Rekindle, Replenishment, and Restock — keyed to the subscriber's phone number. Each event becomes available as an Attentive journey trigger or segment condition.

Setup​

Requires:

  • The base Unveild tag installed
  • An Attentive API key with permission to write custom events and subscriber attributes

Your Unveild POC will provide the scope checklist and configure the integration server-side once the key is shared.

Treat API keys like passwords

Attentive API keys grant write access to your subscriber data. Share them through a secure channel — never paste them into public tickets, screenshots, or Git repositories.
